Best tactile mod for the TH8A?

As the title asks, what's the best tactile mod either bought or home made you've found for this shifter? Something to make it feel a bit more like you're manipulating a transmission and less like you're playing an arcade machine?
I understand that fast shifting is going to numb the feeling of any mod, but it would to some extent in real life too. So I'm not expecting miracles, just a bit more of a 'clunk' feeling for each gear.
I am in the UK so if any local company does something I'm all ears but don't mind ordering from another country if it's worth it.

There are many variants out there of this modification so I'm not suggesting the one Barry reviewed is the only one in town. You can even make your own if you have a 3D printer.
