Best tire For Endurance??

Does anyone no the best tires in endurance for:
Mugen NSX (MR)
CASTROL AND DENSO SUPRA (FR)
TOYOTA SUPRA (FR)
ACURA NSX (MR)
SKYLINE SILOUHETE R30 (FR)
Most of those cars wipe out for me so please guys can u guys suggest good tires

And some one wanna invite me to a racing club????

most of the time, I just use soft tires.
-If you keep your car on the road, they will last for a while with a lot of grip after the first or second lap ;)

If you want to keep tires for a long time and have tires that have good grip, go for the hard tires. I found these to be the best on any car, no matter what. They last for forever so this means you don't have to go in for a pit stop very often.

I just go superhard all round. I haven't experimented much with different tyres front and rear, but what little I have done has generally meant softer tyres at the end that wears less, and it tends to emphasise the handling characteristics of the car.

sure, hard tires means less wear and less pits, but as dudebusta said, ull have less grip...

u should be a few laps in front of the feild during any endurance race anyway, so a couple more pit stops wont mean much...

besides, with the extra grip, u can pull away from the field, thus giving you more time to lose during pit stops!

either way, ull probably lap slower with hard tires, but you wont need to pit as often... its completely ur choice

When I do endurance races, I have found out that my best times are done when my tires are yellow (closer to green than red).
-It seems to me that the little tire gauge on the screen measures temperature instead of wear

to me, if i'm driving a fast car in the Leguna Seca Enduro, i would use Super Soft tires. I choose these because i can race around the course faster and the pit won't bother me much.

I race the All Night with my RWRX STi Ver. VI and i choose medium tires. I wanted to run more laps and less pits because i know that i'm racing against fast cars.

I usually use Medium or Soft; Hard lasts but it's boring racing, so why not use the race to make lap record attacks? Super Soft is okay for the Trial Mountain 30 lapper, but not my thing for 50-laps and up.

I've found it depends on the car somewhat. I found the Honda S2000 GT1 ate through tires a lot quicker than some other cars I've used. The RX-7 A-spec LM was very frugal with the tires. It also has a lot to do with the settings and the drivetrain configuration. Then again, this is just what I've found, nothing scientific.

I'm not a big enduro fan; once I won all the prize cars I've rarely gone back for more.

i couldn't be bothered changing tyres, i just race with whatever on them.

if i am using a 4wd drive car i don't pit at all :) but if I'm using a FR or MR car I'll pit when my tires are orange.

I had the same realization recently. The indicator was yellow but I was making great times and felt in control. Can anyone corroberate that??

I use super soft all the time. I'm usually so far ahead that a pit-stop doesn't affect the race much.

But I think it's time I start experimenting with various configurations.

Using Medium I can get about 15 laps. My first endurance race I only stopped in the pit 3 times. That was at Apricot Hill. I came in second, though...pretty good for my first endurance race though...I guess...:D
