BETA for PS4

My friend told me, that you can sign up for a Beta, but I can´t find anything about... ?

As of right now, no beta for either console has been announced and I doubt Kunos will bother with setting one up. There is a closed beta program, although it is only for PC players and applications for that one were closed around a year ago.
