Better racing

do you think that if you put super soft tires on the back of your car, and put sports tires on the front of your car that will alow your car to handle better?unless the car is ff then put super soft tires on the front and the sports tires on the rear.

I think tires should have the maximum grip possible, and the car handling should be improved by tweaking the suspension, downforce, etc...

Anyway, with front sport tires and rear super soft tires, you should get more understeer. That might be good or not depending on the car...

I think it depends on how you like to drive. Personally, I wouldn't do this. I hate excess understeer and this is exactly what you'll get with this setup--lots of push, but hey if it works for you go for it!

The most extreme I'll ever get is sometimes if I want to drift in a FR machine, I'll use soft slix up front & hard in the back. With Kei cars, I'll often use stock tires up front and sports in the rear, because these tend to have too much front-end grip.
