The rules are as follows:

  • Entries will accepted until 10:00pm (GMT) January 9th 2013.
  • Each competition's voting will last for one week. The winner of that round will choose the next theme.
  • All entries must have been taken within the last 6 months and preferably after the announcement of the theme.
  • Entries must be posted as a thumbnail no larger than 700px on the longest edge. Full sized images may be as larger as you'd like.*
  • You must submit only your own photographs, do not post anyone else's work.
  • Only one photograph per person, marked with Final Entry. You can change your entry, but must remove your current entry first and clearly state that you have posted a new entry.
  • You must not vote for your own photograph when the Poll is up. Only vote for a photograph taken by another entrant.
  • The photograph must be submitted with the following information: Subject, Date and Camera used and, if you'd like, the major camera settings - shutter speed, ISO, etc.
*While full sized images may be as larger as you'd like, you should try to limit them to approximately 1200px to enable viewing the entire image without scrolling. It's much easier to see the full effect of the shot when you can view it all at once and not have to pan.

Current theme, chosen by Week #13 winner Casey_2005:
Bad Habit; preferably your own. Try to represent something you have or do that you're not terribly proud of but find it difficult to overcome or do without.

Lots of people of the pics of yourself thread should post now here

Someone go give them a notice, Fry should have quite a gallery to choose from

I hope this isn't too much of a challenge for people. :scared:

I wanted to do something a little different and a bit more personal than what we've been having, perhaps that was a bad idea. I've got some plans for a photo, just need to put it in the works.

Is being excessively hip a bad habit? :dopey:

I'm sure I can come up with something for this regardless.

I roll my foot in after striking on the outer heel when I walk giving an odd wear on my shoes and causing me issues with my knee.

I will give this some more time as I don't yet have a theme from last week's winner (PM has been sent) so can not start the next week. 👍 I'll give 24h notice of when this will be closed.

This will be the final 24h now I have the next theme and its one that should hopefully generate some more entries after this lower turnout.

I'll try to get something uploaded in the next 12 hours or so then. Just still unsure exactly how I want to do this shot :P

How's this for bad habits, I've been so lazy and unemployed the past couple months that I had to sell my camera to help pay bills! Basically that means I don't think I'll have a photo for this weeks competition. The photo I had in mind was gonna try to show my bad habit of starting books and only reading about a quarter to a third of them before taking interest in another. I was gonna stack them on top of each other and in rows and have bookmarks showing none are finished. Silly idea perhaps but I wish I could have gotten around to it.

My apologies everyone for making such a difficult theme, next weeks will be much much easier.

A bad habit of taking self portraits that look like they are from another decade, among other things :P Not quite the shot I had thought of at first but just kind of came about once I started looking at that wallpaper
