Yes I actually heard something about this on CNN earlier today. I cant' remember exactly but Frist was the first "doctor" on the scene to aid Strom Thurman during on of his fainting spells and there was also another situation where that he was involved in where (if I recall correctly) he was one of the first on the scene to aid some federal agents that had been shot during some sort of situation back in the late 80's I beleive.
If it comes on CNN again, I'll pay a little closer attention to it.

The story just aired on CNN HN.

Frist was involved in:

1. The shooting was a Capitol Hill shooting.
2. The Strom Thruman fainting spell.
3. Recesitating a tourist after they had suffered a heart attack.

Well, the story didn't mention if these events took place in full view of the public, but I would assume that at least the tourist having a heart attack was. And I'm sure that the shooting at Capitol Hill was highly publicised. But oddly enough, I don't really remember that. Probably because there is a shooing in DC every 30 seconds or something like that.
Doug, your lucky you didn't get shot while you were there in DC. I got shot at in DC when I lived out there.
