Birthday Tickets?

Greetings! I searched the forums for this, but it came back null.

Has anyone with the game confirmed the existence of birthday tickets?

I haven't heard a thing about them, not even in the online manual. I haven't even heard anything about being able to clone gift anything to or from sock puppets friends. From what I gather, it appears that all cars just dump right into your garage. Looks like the whole ticket thing might be gone.
