Well, I went and saw that the black cars appear every 694 days. Well, I missed the first and second times, adn the third time. So I multiplied 694 times four and 2776 came up. So day 2776 came, no black cars. I wasted away another week, a new shipment came in, no black cars. Next week, new shipment, no black cars. Did I miss them again, or what? What will I have to do to finally get the black cars?

They will appear on days 2794-2800, 2 in Used Car Lot I and 2 in Used Car Lot II. They don't appear in date order like the rest of the cars either, they're always right at the bottom of the garage, so scroll down until you see them.
If you haven't already, go here and download the excel file. Scroll across the top until you see where it says Cycle 1 change the "1" to a "4" and it'll tell you when they're available.
To get the correct numbers, multiply 700 by whichever cycle you are on, 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. and then subtract 6. You'll get the first day the cars are available and the last day will be the original multiplication of 700.
e.g. 700 x 2 (Cycle 2) = 1400.
1400 - 6 = 1394.
Cars are available days 1394 - 1400.
