Bluray region issue

Hi , i wanna ask, i play with region 2 bluray but i live in indonesia ( reg 3) , would it be problem for qualification?

The PSN is based on your IP address so no (as long as Indonesia gets some slots in the nationals).

But, when the first time we played round 4 qualification i didn't get acceptance for eligibility, this is confusing

I think it's based on how you registered your PSN ID. When I started Round 4 I got a message that I wasn't from an eligible country, which is correct, since Canada was excluded this year.

Yeah i got same message, but i live in eligible country, is that because my bluray region? what should i do now?
