The 2007 Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship was the 50th season of the BTCC and was won by Fabrizio Giovanardi in a VX Racing Vectra. Like the 2007 season there was 10 race weekends with 3 rounds each. For this season the series changed to Super 2000 regulations with BTC-T cars not being eligible for championship points.

For the 2007 Season, West Surrey Racing traded their MG's for BMW 320Si's, acquired from BMW's WTCC works team, and once again entered under Team RAC. Colin Turkington headed the line-up, joined by Clio Cup champion Tom Onslow-Cole.
