The BMW E60 was the 5th Generation 5-Series which first went on sale in 2003 and finished production in 2010, when it was replaced by the F10. While the M5 is already in the game, we have yet to see a regular 5 Series and the 550i M Sport is the quickest model, with a 5.0 V8 engine producing 362HP with 500NM of torque.

The 550i went on sale in 2005 alongside the M5 and featured an upgraded version of the N62B44 engine seen in the 545i (Called the N62B44TU) producing 30 more HP and 40 more NM of torque. The car featured a facelift in 2007 which included a new front bumper, foglights, headlights, taillights and trunk. Active Cruise Control, Adaptive Headlights, LED Taillights and Brake Force Display was also made available.
