Oh yes. Shame that the manual ones are so hard to find though. This is easily one of the most beautiful BMW's ever made.
It`s my dream car hands down! Just love them in every aspect: Engine, looks, interior etc. I would love to get one aswell, but I can`t afford one... Glad to hear i`m not the only one leonidae

I love this car. +1 about the hard to find manual ones. There are apparently ~200 in the US and one is (or was, haven't been to the dealer in a few weeks) for sale near me.

Best looking BMW in my opinion.
I won't forget one time while leaving my middle school I was looking out my window of my moms car and I saw one for sale at a dealership. At that time I didn't know what the car was but I had a hot wheel that I loved to death that looked exactly like it. As soon as I got home I told me dad about a BMW I saw. He didn't care til I showed him the hot wheel and he noticed it was a 8 series BMW. We immediately went to the dealership to look at it.
I was so sad he didn't buy it, it was a burgundy red.

Always loved the 8 Series BMWs.
And I've been sceptical on a 'new' 8 series if they ever brought it back like they did with the 6 Series.

I hope too that they will make a new 8-Series! It would be epic if they had made it! There was an concept made in 2013, which was called the pininfarina lusso concept:
It was a teaser of an 8-Series replacement, with a V12 from the 7-Series, and gorgeous looks! But it has been unsure if they will ever make it as a mass-production model. (Here is the link for those who are interested: http://www.netcarshow.com/bmw/2013-pininfarina_gran_lusso_coupe/
But sadly, I highly doubt it. With the environmental challenges for car industry nowadays, it sadly seems like it never will.
But I`m staying on the optimistic side, and I really hope they will make a replacement for the 8-Series!
