Bob at 40

Apologies if this has been asked before but my 4 Bobs who i ve had since i started playing GT5 ( i had quite a long break!) are now all either late lvl 38 or early 39.

What happens to them when they reach the magical lvl 40? Do i have to retire them? Are they automatically retired? Do i have to start from scratch again with new bobs?

You can keep racing with them as much as you want, I had six drivers all at 40 and decided to retire one for the trophy.... Little did I know their experience bar has to be maxed out for that trophy.

There is still a trophy to aim for the reaca the max peek for Career the more you race with him the more the bar fills.
