Today for Bob's 1,000 race I decided to enter him in the Nurburgring race from the Dream Car Championship. Thought I would make it interesting and put him into a Tommykaira ZZII '00. Everyone should own one of these,its a real sleeper.
Anyway back to the story. The race always has stiff competition and to top it all off I pulled a rain race. Thought well this is fate so I cut him loose onto the track with rain tires and with very little coaxing he was in the lead entering the forest.
I sat back with my camera to enjoy the race and watch what happens. As you can see in the photo he is out front, nobody even in the rear view mirror, no small feat looking at the competition. Everything was going great and then the phone rings so there I am walking around talking on the phone not watching the race.
About a hr later I return to my gaming room and with out even thinking I was pushing x x o x running through the menu like I always do when grinding a race and you know what ? I never even payed attention to whether Bob won or not. LOL
Did Bob win ?? I don't know. I have a picture of his 1,000th race and a shot with him in the lead but do not know if he won his 1,000th race. Arggh just another day with Bob.
Just as sidebar my Bob will continue to race and make me $$$$ as I plan to own every car in GT5. He shows no signs of aging or loosing his edge.
