BOB went from 0 to 19 in one endurance race?

Wow, pretty amazing increase in stats! I made a new BOB, along with an experienced one in the Laguna Seca Endurance. At the end of the race he went from 0 to 19! Another thing I noticed is that he is much better with tyres than my experienced BOB. Is this normal for one BOB to better than another?

Sure my Bobs are all a little different. Even have one that has the same driving style as me.

My driver went from 0 to 20 in the lvl 25 Endurance race with 60 laps

One of my Bob's went from 0-36.5 in the Nurburgring 24H race.

I think generally I observed higher level bobs handle the tyre consumption better than lower levelled bobs.

Isn't a level Zero Bob more likely to spin, driving a powerful car in a high level race? How do you manage him, or do you just leave him?

Put him in an X1, he will win without questions. That's what I did.
If I gonna lvl up a new bob now though I just put the new bob in an X1 on Indy 500 since that one is the fastest of them, boom there you go, lvl 25.

I had a Bob go from 0 to 26 with one endurance race. I gave him the X2010 and he basically became a pro race driver in 2 hours. It's magic!
