Bob's not happy!

I currently have 5 Bob's... but I don't quite understand their moods as expressed by the blue, green and orange arrows.

I don't abuse any of them, everyone gets a fair bit of racing.. so no body gets fatique or left out from race events. But it seems like they are just not happy at all.. currently I have one at blue, another at green, and the other 3 at orange

what do i do? should I just leave them? or give them better cars to drive?! and while in races, should I give them as many or as few commands as possible?!

I feel like a dad playing this game. thanks for any help with my kids.

Yea I don't understand this as well.. one of my bobs is unhappy and I've tried lots of different things.

I let him play in easy races, let him cool down, gave him challenging races. I let him rest for a long time, and then let him race again.. but he has the downwards arrow for a while now..

I just run them in the sunday cup or something, until they man up and say they're feeling better. Usually takes 5-10 races until they say "enough is enough, I'll behave now, just don't put me in the sunday cup again!".

I've always thought their moods are purely random.
...just like the mood of any girlfriend...
