Bob's rank different from my B-Spec lvl???

Anyone else get or know why this happens?

Before starting the endurance races, on Bob's "card" (the one listing his level and stats, strength, endurance) whatever level he was, was also my overall B-Spec level. After about 10 or so endurance races, Bob is now level 30 on his "card", but my overall B-Spec is only level 28????

I started out racing Bob #1 with other Bobs for about 5-6 races before reading on here to just run Bob#1 so he gets all the XP.

Mine did that too, it seems he levels up faster than you do.

So far all my Bobs have got an equal xp increase from endurance races

The longer a Bob drives in an endurance race, the more XP he gets, I think. I did the 4 hrs roadster race with two level 15 bobs as driver nr. 3 and 4. Bob nr. 3 ran around 5-10 mins or so more, so he is now a level above the other one.

I did the 172 lap Suzuka race last night on my second account. My B-Spec level there is 30. My best driver is level 28. I had one empty slot so I created a new Bob and threw him into the race alone at level 0 in the X1. This morning he is level 27

I think they level up the same, its just as you get to the later races where you can have more than 1 bob, the amount of xp on offer to the bobs (not yourself) is multiplied by the total number of bobs allowed in the race. 4 bobs allowed, 4 times the amount of xp, which will be shared between them. So if you enter 1 bob, you get the standard amount, but he will get 4x that amount. Therefore I believe they level up the same, it's just they are getting more xp.

Isn't it DIVIDED amongst them?

That's why I thought they levelled up faster... I have an L39 Bob despite only being B-Spec L34.

Nope, my guess right now based on what I've seen is that the XP is multiplied up for the bobs to share, while you get the standard amount. I'm basing this on the fact that while I was doing races where only one bob could enter, my b-spec lvl and my bob's lvl were in sync. As soon as I started races where more than one bob could enter, but I was still entering just the one bob, he started lvl'ing quicker than I did. Then when I started entering two bobs, he appeared to lvl at the same speed as me again. And now that I'm entering just 1 bob in the enduro's, he is lvling much quicker than me again. All of this is purely based on rough guestimations however.

Since posting the above, I'm now fairly certain the XP is dished out between bobs based on how many laps they did.
