TT-R with engine upgrade 3 and high rpm turbo equiped with racing soft... got it easily in 5 laps... i got very lucky got lvl 17 ticket and got the audi just as bonus race 5 came around :P

This bonus race is my favourite so far along with the Japan GT one from the previous set. It is all perfect except for the fact that you can only race once to get the prize money and the exp. I wouldnt mind grinding in this race.

I Bought the BMW M3 GTR for the German races (just under 1 mill from the UCD if i remember rightly) both A and B spec, so i already had a car i could enter.
It smoked the competition, i took 1st just as i went over the start line for lap 4 and lapped half the competition when i'd finished....way to easy :grumpy:

Keep those seasonal races coming PD

Done this event with the Alfa 155 V6, how I love that beauty! Run with a completely stock car and soft tires. Fastest time was a 1:27,5 and I was first in the middle of the 6th lap. This challenge is easy doable also with just hard tires.

Had a lot of fun doing this with the Abt Audi TT car. Just gave it an oil change and washed it up and won by a roughly 6 second lead.

IK already had an Opel Astra (Opel Team Phoenix) which i bought to do DTM in A-Spec and i won easily fastest lap 1:27.922

Man I love these seasonal events! Sometimes I don't feel like a challenge and just want to see the blur of the road and hear the sound of the engine. The easy credits are a welcome bonus to! Thanks Polyphony!👍

To those who said to not buy the Online dealer tourings.

I did, I bought the A4 to start the collection. I plan to get the Alfa next, they are fun fun cars.

And get the Calibra Super Touring..that thing is...amazing.

Bought the Alfa from the online dealership and did an oil change. I forgot to buy racing softs and add downforce and I had a few slips in the grass my first try. Yet, I went on and passed 1st place at the second corner of the final lap. Not too shabby.

Used my stock Lexus IS-F Concept on Racing Hard tires. Dipped into the high 1m32s range when I wasn't balked by catching a competitor mid-corner. I used the in-car view and raced cleanly, no contact. Took the lead halfway through the final lap. Quite fun, really; you have to push your skills a bit to keep up the needed pace.

I took this chance to go to the online UCD and bought 2 of my favourite cars from GT2. The Vauxhall Calibra Super Touring and the Alfa 155 V6.

Took the Vauxhall directly from the dealer to the event, not even oil change.

I found the opponents a bit too slow, got first place by the end of 7th lap with average lap time of high 1:31's and low 1:32's.

The Vauxhall is just incredible... 12.500 RPM red-line and that fantastic handling...

Will repeat the event with the Alfa just for fun 👍

I had my Lexus from the Extreme german races so I reused it and got the 2 million credits no problem.

Was still a fun race in that thing :)

Given my questionable skills I went with racing mediums, tweaked the final drive ratio, the LSD and suspension slighty to take the win by 6 seconds after several failed attempts due to spinouts.

I used my Alfa 155 which I'ed used for the other DTM events in A & B spec, was nice to get a seasonal where I didn't have to go and buy something to race with.

bimmer all the way. pretty tempting to buy as many of the dtm cars with the prize money this week, but had to control myself.

felt good to use the gtr race car. i remember buying it, overhauling the engine and chassis, then having no use for it. i bought it based on how much i used it in gt4. it's a dream and i wish i could just keep making money off that race, because i want to run this thing into the ground grinding.
