Theres a lot of info on this car online. I think only 6 were built. Any of them could sell for well over $300,000. Most or each had a different engine's.
The original car, shown below, was red then painted yellow and finally black.

The Boydster II is a sleek relative of the Boydster I, modified with fenders and running boards. Like the Boydster I, the Boydster II is a winner of the Oakland Roadster Show’s famed “America’s Most Beautiful Roadster.” the Boydster II has a heavily tapered chassis that uses SAC rails and tubular crossmembers, and comes complete with the Pro-Ride Chassis.

The Boydster II’s Pro-Ride Chassis is the result of Boyd Coddington’s ongoing quest for innovation and excellence. Each component is designed and manufactured with a single goal in mind – to set new standards for design and performance. Hand machined billet, and unsurpassed craftsmanship and design engineering have gone into the production of the Boydster II. Spindles are machined from 2024 billet for added strength, and only the highest quality aluminum is used for its precision machined parts.
