Then im not worried if you put down a tune on the board. This though beast will be much easier to handle when your finished with it 👍

Living in South Africa is being a problem :lol: we have had nothing but long weekends this whole month and this happens to be another long weekend so im stuck until monday :grumpy:

F... man, your screwed. feeling sorry for you mate. And that it have to happen now after all the effort you put in by posting the threat :grumpy: Happend to me aswell. So we won't see you online this weekend. I hope you will recieve a new one soon. so you can take out your Viper. We will miss you online
 
Anybody has some laptimes to share? Tried it with the slightly modified DC tune, but best I could do was a 2.11,6xx.
Big tumbs up for the DC shop, great tune.
Stable as long as you keep being gentle using the throttle.

I just took a look at you tune and saw the weight on 114%. But isn’t this baby easier (and faster) to handle with the weight on 100% and the power brought back. So it’s easier on the throttle and easier in the corner cos of the less weight. I can’t try it out cos I’m at work at the moment. Just wondering.

I see alot of GTP-ers running this track in a F430
Is there another event going on?
I prefer myself the clio on this track cause it's a long run the 10 lapper

Maybe, but this is how crazytortise requested it. ;) And I heard Hyper mention something about a 2'06s being possible with it.

EDIT: Will look into a tune with less weight and less power, to see how it holds up against the current one. :)

I had 3 laps with the tune Lars made for the Viper yesterday, I think it was 2'07.2, and I can see a 2'06 easy enough. Will run a few more later, and add my replay. 👍

Stop nagging about other cars VR6 :lol: it doesn’t really matter witch car is faster. The punt of threat like this is, that everybody runs the same car and makes the battles more exiting

Ok, I received a PM from him as well about creating a threat and he mentioned something about the weight. But don’t you thing it’s better with less weight and less power.
 
Hi guys. As you all aware this is my 1st ever event so im sorry if things are still a bit rusty. I'll make it clear now. You can run any tune you want but the tires must be R1's please. I did mention to Lars about the weight being at 114% but that was still during testing and while i was testing it my PS3 decided to give me the YLOD :grumpy: So i have been able to do no testing at all. I'm sorry if theres any confusion. One more time... Any tune as long as tires are R1's 👍

I'm busy fighting now about warrenties and replacements

Dont back down, my friend was charged £145 for replacement PS3, another friend of a friend kept on @ Sony and they provided free replacement. 👍

Just ran 5 laps, best was 2'07.069, easy 2'06 there as its far from a perfect lap. That is using Lars tune with weight @ 114%. We will try diff power/weight later tonight.

Just changed Weight to 89%, It now turns and stops better, doesnt lose out on the straights much, and seems faster acceleration. New time 2'06.805, Replay saved. ;)
I think a mid to low 2'06's will come. :gtpflag:

Note: I changed the power/weight settings on the Viper, weight is now at 89%. ;)
