I thoroughly agree with the above suggestion and would like to see Jack Brabham added to the legends in the GT series to join Mario Andretti and Ayrton Senna. Sir Jack is the oldest surviving Formula One world champion, a three time F1 champion and the only driver ever to have won the title as both driver and constructor which he did in 1966 with the Repco Brabham BT19. The story behind the engine is equally remarkable - he used Repco to take an Oldsmobile 215 street car block and develop the championship winning F1 engine - a remarkable man by any standards and this car in the game would be a fitting tribute.

As much as I am less confident in seeing F1 cars as DLC (except Ferrari), this would be a car I would love to see... 👍

Also, as of mid last year he is the oldest living person to have won a Formula 1 race, let alone a title.

Good idea!
I would add: Jim Clark, Graham Hill, and Emerson Fittipaldi
The Lotus family ...
👍

I would like to see some more legends added who are still alive so that they can be honoured during their lifetime - I am sure Sir Jack Brabham and Sir Stirling Moss would accept.

Jack was involved in driving and engineering many cars - Brabham produced nearly 600 racing cars and was the largest manufacturer in the world!

The Brabham BT18 V8 Honda F2 car would also be a fitting tribute - it was totally dominant in 1966 in the hands of Jack Brabham and Denny Hulme and won eleven consecutive races.

If Stirling Moss became a Gran Turismo legend I would want his Mercedes Benz 300 SLR number 722 Mille Miglia winning car.

If Jim Clark was selected I would want his BSCC winning Ford Lotus Cortina Mark One.

If Graham Hill was selected I would want his Jaguar E Type (which was also raced later by Jackie Stewart) or his Jaguar Mark 2 Saloon

A Legend passed away

Triple F1 world champion Sir Arthur John "Black Jack" Brabham, also known by the Brabham team, passed away at the age of 88 today.
Born on April 2, 1926 Australians died at home at the breakfast table, in front of his wife Margaret, after a long battle with liver disease.
Brabham, the book as the first post-war race car driver who was knighted.
That happened in '78 because of his contribution to racing.
