Put a little more G in your G Wagen.
The Brabus 800 Widestar is a BEAST of a machine. Using the Mercedes-Benz G 65 AMG as it's base, Brabus has managed to create a world class SuperSUV. Brabus's engine conversion takes the base 6.0L V12 and shoves 800 horses right into that beast of a barn. It also enables the engine to hit a peak torque of 1047 ft. lb. (electronically limited to 811 ft. lb.) The 800 accelerates from 0 to 60mph is just slightly over 4 seconds, with a top speed of 155 mph (it is a giant square after all).
Brabus also installs a stainless-steel, high-performance exhaust system with free-flowing catalytic converters and a butterfly valve to control sound. The valve is controlled by a button on the steering wheel. In normal mode, according to Brabus, the V12 purrs discretely. In sport, the full fury of the engine is unleashed. Custom piping routes exhaust to exit on the side in front of the rear wheels." -From Autoweek
This vehicle doesn't come cheap, however. The conversion on the engine alone is $67k, where the full works will hit you at around $470k, but the Brabus 800 Widestar will give just about every other SUV a serious run for their money!
