Brake Bias Settings for RGT....

Am wondering what a good bias ratio is for MAXIMUM braking power after high-speed straights. Also as NEUTRAL as possible, with of course no lockup. Thanks!

ok, this is kinda sad. Somebody has to have a good brake setup for the RGT on T5 Mediums. Maybe some of the Pros out there? Neon-Duke? Anyone? Please!? Thanks

If you want to post your complete suspension setup the car too, thats fine. Preferably Maximum normally aspirated mods @around 625hp.

I don't believe that in GT3, the brakes lock up unless you spin out. Then the wheels lock up ...

I usually set mine 15/12 for all of my cars. The only major difference I notice is when I set the controller to 9/24. Then the rear wheels tend to stop faster than the rear, causing oversteer.

As far as I know, the Bake Bias settig in GT3 has no influence on overall braking power. It's simply a case of how much of the load is applied to any given pair of wheels.

This of course means that brakes set to 1/1 should stop you in just the same way as those set to 20/20.

Does anyone have any empirical evidence to back this up?

That aside, how you bias the brakes is entirely defined by your driving style and the underlying handling nature of the car.

Now, I found the RGT to be an unwieldy pig on tyres that were too grippy (e.g. T5's) but discovered that by setting up a rear bias in the brakes and applying just a touch of deceleration mid-corner she became a much nicer behaved lady.
