Brand new T3PA Pedal....throttle not working.

I have a T300 and decided to upgrade to T3PA, plugged in and turned on GT Sport and all that works is the brake. This is the 2nd set of pedals thru Amazon I've tried in 2 days. Am I missing something? I tried the mode button and several re-boots. TM instructions say to just plug in and go. Thx!

Test it on laptop/PC and update the firmware.

Also are you plugging the pedals into the base unit? It's a long time since I checked the various cables but I seem to recall an adaptor to plug straight to USB. PS4 only works if pedals are plugged into the wheel base.

It's plugged directly into the servo base. As far as firmware, I'll have to look into that. I've never done it.

I updated the drivers and firmware, still nothing. Only the brake pedal works. Is it possible for TM's quality control to be that bad for the T3PA add on? Bad batch of potentiometers or something?

Does the pedal work in Windows (you can check in the Windows game controllers part of control panel)?
