Played GT6 after a long brake today, and just thought this would be brilliant. Entertaining game mode and beautiful track even in gt6. But mainly it would add a good fun for the offline side of GTS.

Also i came to the conclusion theres a lot of great cars in gt6 they could bring to GTS. Andrettis Hudson for one.

Ps. Just realised that is not the best of exaple video as its a perfect drive. One would lose the multiplier for wall hit, out of track or hitting a car and one loses a second of the time each time one hits a car. Here is a little bit more realistic video from our very own GTPlanet also showing other challenge with old Ferrari and less traffic.

The 'problem' as I see it, is that PD will want to do a complete revamp which means an inordinate length of time to recreate it for GTS.

Also it doesnt fit into the GTS e-sport theme. I cant imagine it working into daily races etc. Or track experience.

On the contrary, I’ve always asserted that a Time Trial would fit nicely into Sport Mode as an alternative to Daily Races. Functionally it would work the same as qualifying leaderboards.

Granted, I would like to see Pikes Peak first. But it seems like PD can re-issue GT6 tracks with relative ease.

I personally dont see point to point races on narrow two lane roads to fit into GT Sport.

I'd go as far as to say we wont see any of them in GTS ever.

Dont get me wrong, I'd love to see more GT6 tracks even straight ported no touch up but I dont think that's happening.

I have low standards... I think the GT6 level of track graphics detail is really good enough. I mean if I see Midfield even at GT6 level in GTS I'd be happy.

I assume you are referring to pikes peak rather than Sierra? Sierra is neither point to point nor is it that narrow. Id actually like it to be more narrow - same goes also to most rally tracks in GT series.

Added a picture and a video to first post to those who are not familiar with the track and game mode.

I'd love to see Sierra come back, had a lot of fun racing cars on it on GT6, especially some of the classics like the Ferrari Dino. Having some time trial based events in GT League would be a very welcome addition for me.

And route X does? I fail to follow your reasoning here (or PD's for that matter)

I certainly think Route X was a waste the same way I think Sierra would be - it just wouldn't work for sport mode. Those jumps are ridiculous. I would rather three or four new tracks instead of Sierra to be honest.

If you think sierra is ridiculous just because its jumps then nordschleife should be banned from sport mode.
