Following the earlier news that the BBC has secured exclusive rights to the Moto GP coverage and Eurosport lost the rights last year.
Dorna have announced that British Eurosport will cover some coverage of the 2009 Moto GP season after securing the Pan-European rights coverage which both the BBC and Dorna could not agree on.
From the looks of it, Toby Moody and Julian Ryder will still commentate like last year. British Eurosport will still show the live coverage of all practice and qualifying sessions of 125cc, 250cc and Moto GP classes and will show the races of the 125cc and 250cc live.
Because of BBC having the exclusive rights of showing all the Moto GP rounds live because Dorna wanted to push to get Moto GP live on free to air. British Eurosport will show a delayed full race coverage of the Moto GP races sometime during the day on British Eurosport.
EDIT: Just to add BBC will still show the Moto GP coverage live of all races during the season with the qualifying of 125cc, 250cc and Moto GP coverage and the 125cc and 250cc races will be accessible via the red button just like last year.
