Close run with the TT's. Well done FLX :)

Amazing times that Steve and hondy did with the GT3's. You two are in a class of your own

Good racing again last night. Newdriver and myself were the unlucky ones. New lost connection and I got a freeze on lap 9, running second. Don't quite know what to do to keep everyone finishing a race. Kreativer made the suggestion of running shorter races?? Can be a point to consider , but it will be difficult to award points doing seperate races. Have a think about it folks 👍

good racing at all always except DC !!!!. Zee we can make it first race 7 laps and second 8 laps .after finishing first race we will see the position of each racer and when we start second race it will be for each racer to take his position in first lap so no body allow to pass the racer in front of him until he reach the line to start the second lap. here it will start the race.maybe this is the only solutions to account points and to avoid DC of my poor connections and your freezing 💡💡

well done to all last week nice racing, i drove like a girl but i knew this would be my worst track lol, ste, epic, lol

ok my thoughts are this, i agree with zee that to races ar just going to be hard,

1st point

say i finish race 1 1st race 2 last and newdriver finishes race 1 2nd and race 2 2nd last who gets the better placing?????

2nd point

flx gets taken out 1st turn by someone, dose fastest lap every lap bar the 1st and finishes last but if he had the full race he would have won, then in the 2nd race he wins, will he be happy with a overall 4th in the race if he was the fastest all day and got 4th though no fault off his own, i know i would be realy mad,

3rd

doing 10 to 15 lap is part off the challenge off the championship, being able to do 15 laps flay out gives you such a buzz and also having to set you car up for 15 laps instead of 7 is different, doing 15 laps at 1:00:00 15 times a real challenge, or am i the only 1 feeling that???

4th

D/C happens in a 15 lap race but but who is to say its not in a 4 lap race???? and say someone d/c in 1 off the 2 races and finishes 1st, that would mean he finishes last if you do it best off 2, is that fair

as i say, this is just me, what do you guys think??????

P.S.

steve i knew you never hit me on your screen great driver mate, i will get my shocking race vid up for you to see as soon as i get my computer fixed and you will see what happened on my screen, this part off the game is a joke it robbed us a other good race i think, grrrrrr,

Yeah i cant see doing it in two parts working really, for me a real race is more like 20 laps, but am easy what ever you guys wana do 👍

I have been thinkig about this issue a lot. Running 2 races and averaging the times (as if doing 1 race) for 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc.... will be like running a glorified TT, only on a more crowded track. It's not going to work. Hondy's points he raised make sense.

Sam and I will just have to live with our crappy internet and take our chances :ouch:

@ new and zee: Are your ps3s wired up or wifi? And about freezes: It helps a lot to place the ps3 in a free area with the vents facing your way into the open room. The cooler the console is, the lesser freezes. With my freeze sunday, I had it placed too close to a heater.

Supporting FLX,
generous space around your PS3 helps keeping up performance.
I'm using an additional laptop-cooler, one of those aluminum plates with two vents, to avoid at any cost overheating the engine during the hard parts of the race.:scared:

My gawd, I ll suck so badly at tonights race... Its a driver court! And I havent had a chance to practice the whole week, too much work. Hope to hit the road at least one hour or so before the green light!

You are saying practice !!! You are fast as usually no need for practice .for me if i did practice or not it all same it will end by frezing or by D/C i hope that Zee open another one c class series .it will be good for the drivers who has poor connection because gt1 or gt2 need strong connection i hope one day??

Well thanks for your kind words, Sam but tonight it will be different. Brands is a real drivers circuit, I did sleep like 4 hours, working all the ****ing time and all. The Steve and el hondo will tear me a new one and Zee too, probably. 10 laps on this track without me having a horrible accident in turn 1 is impossible anyway. My goal for tonight is to kinda keep up with you and kreativer and not colliding with anyone, then I m satisfied.

PS: Sorry but I hate online A/B/C/D-class races in Shift 2. I m usually 5 seconds of the pace in those, at least. And the fastest cars are no fun to drive imho, like at all.

This one of those tracks where things can go horribly wrong...and my fastest car will be no good for a race. Just too twitchy

See you guys later 👍

BTW I am racing with a superglued brake pedal

i was along side you when the hit happened mate but your vid showed i just ramed you up the donkey, the game sucks :grumpy:

👍:sly:very good racing again as usually and v good time from the Steve good one..sorry Zee for the last lap you almost over take me but??? Flx i should fight more to got you ,Hondy no comment at all good job mate, see next week Kreativer you missed that.👍:sly:

Yeah Sam, you would have had a good chance since I had a major accident in turn 1 later trying to make the fastest lap. Seems I was too far ahead already tho. But you gotta admit, that overtake in turn 3 was quite nice... :D Thanks for not slamming the door!

PS: Once again apologies, Steve. My ABS is now turned off so I might stop in time next time. :ouch:

Points table updated 👍

I really enjoyed last night's racing. Not my favourite track but I think we all did some good times. Needless to say the GT3's excelled again. Hondy, Steve well done :scared:

It was nice to do a race with no freezing or DC's. I messed up big time with the start of the race. Went flying at the first corner and just screwed up my race. The fun was chasing Sam who was lying 4th. Twice I caught up to within 2 car lengths, but did not have enough speed to overtake. You did nothing wrong from your side Sam. I just enjoyed the chase mate.

Congratulations Flx for the fastest lap. Two bonus points mein freund :)

Hope that we have some more racers next week. Kreativer SET YOUR ALARM :sly:

Hey all just had a call from Hondy, he's been called in to work today so can't make it later, shall we postpone this weeks race, what do you guys think?

I think it would be best, it would be a shame if he missed it as we want the championship as close as possible.

Yeah I agree mate. I have been away for a few days and got home about at about 4.30pm. I planned to do an hour session before the race tonight, so I can relax a bit now. Will let you know about the GT1 times :)

Hooray for postponing! Have the most ferocious hangover ever and didnt even do a single lap of training yet due to this... :D

Just as well an early night will do you some good Flxie :D

Doing 1.44:xxx consistantly with one fluke 1.43:xxx so far Steve. With some tweaking I think 1.42:xxx is possible mate
