Unfortunately, recent progress has been slowed due to this... After my Broadband Speeds had peaked, they've took a turn for the worse...

Oh dear...

I ran the whole series on less than that.

I moved to gttcc

Not sure you'll be the last mate. @True-blue-8 seems to have developed a really good recipe over there, good work mate 👍

Probably not.

Let's face it, @Scaniabebe doesn't have the time to run a series, so why did he put his name forward in the first place? I don't doubt that he had good intentions but as far as I can see the BTCC is dead.

I think that this makes us even more grateful to @rolo912011 for his effort running this series, especially nearer the end when he was getting tired of hosting.

I received a PM from Scania the other day. Awaiting a response to my reply and any developments based on that.

I have to say folks, you were all great people to race with and the series under my stewardship was a lot of fun but I'm not really missing it. GT6 as a whole has dried up for me rather since November. The bug may catch me again in future but right now I'm on other things in life.

It's always good to hear from you guys though :)

@True-blue-8 and others talked me into trying the GTTCC out. I had my first test races yesterday and although it does show some signs of promise there are a lot of things to iron out. Just like you, I'm bored of the hassle and want to simply get on-track, race and enjoy the experience. The politics takes away from the experience of enjoying the thrill of the chase.

It's great to hear from you again Rolo, I know that you're not going anywhere as such because you're lurking in the shadows. You ran the BTCC well and I think that people can still learn something by looking at your series and taking advice from it and maybe you can add your 2-cents every once in a while. :D

To be perfectly honest, I can see @rolo912011 poking his nose in for a race or two, a bit like what you did. :sly:
