I think we've got enough capability as a group to keep the series roughly straight and narrow. It seems to work anyways, even if the model is questionable...

Awesome video Julle! That was the days of the funny BTCCOC (despite the Honda being ALMOST unbeatable, IIRC it was only defeated a handful of times). We need to find that spirit again (and I need to find the setup I used for Suzuka East )

Yeah it was tough being a Beemer back then
But I enjoyed season 2 massively too.
I'll try finding some more dogfights today. There are loads of them

Me vs. Cunny in race 1 at Suzuka was a quite epic battle too.. I think that was the closest we've come to a photo finish so far

Yup, for what it's worth the track vote is done and rally has posted the 10 tracks that won.

My calendar proposal is essentially the same as Season 2's:

Grand Valley East
Nürburgring GP/D
Tsukuba
Deep Forest
Monza
SSR5
Suzuka
Tokyo
Autumn Ring
Grand Valley Speedway

A travesty that High Speed Ring missed out to be honest... best races last season were there in my view. Can't stand Tokyo personally.

Pre-season event this Friday yes. Same time, same place. I propose a 20-minute race at a non-calendar circuit (Indy Road Course anyone?), followed by switching to Monza (Change Weather) - set to 40% static rain. Then we do a 10/15-minute practice to get everyone acclimatised, then try a 10-lap wet race to see if we can include it for this season's Monza/Suzuka round. Racing:Inter and Racing:Rain tyres would be allowed.

I'm excited about rain on monza, it will be interesting to see how the Beemer handles in the wet.

Real shame HSR isn't involved, it pretty simple but offers up some real close racing.

Fridays are normally ok for me but this Friday I'm away so abit gutted I'm missing it.

i swear i won't complain about the car even if it ends being the slowest. our complains were about last car complete lack of driveability and performance. Tunning on burnt rubber after 2 laps is frustrating.

This car allows to at least race in an enjoyable way. wheter the results will come or not.

Mazda's deffo not the slowest imo anyway feel like a rocket compared to that last dustbin.
