Budget HDMI switch?

So I have two TV's that I switch back and forth on with my PC and my PS3. Right now I am basically just switching them manually back and forth, but I assume at some point that won't be good on the HDMI ports putting the cables in, taking them out, over and over again. Walmart has an HDMI switch, but it's like $35. Anyone have a cheaper solution?

That is a 3 in 1 out switch. I need at least a 2 in 2 out, more of a crossover type deal. Sorry, probably should have stated that. So if I have my PS3 on TV1 and my PC on TV2, I'd want the PS3 on TV2 without having to disconnect anything.

I've never seen a cheap HDMI switch, $35 sounds about right to be honest. HDMI isn't something that can be switched mechanically, after all. Honestly, if you're paying less than around $35 then you should fully expect it to not work.

I've never seen a cheap HDMI switch, $35 sounds about right to be honest. HDMI isn't something that can be switched mechanically, after all. Honestly, if you're paying less than around $35 then you should fully expect it to not work.

If your PC doesn't need to be on TV1, use the splitter @IforceV8 posted for the PS3. If it does need to be on TV1, use 2 splitters.

May not work as it doesn't support HDCP and PS3s can be quite finicky with that sort of stuff.

Well I was illustrating the concept, mostly, ignoring the 555. But now that you mention it... hmm... automatic switching...
