So I go on GT auto to edit a livery, when I select it doesn't appear on the car, when I select to edit it, it goes to an infinite loading screen, pls help

I've been getting this too more and more lately. Seems the system's become increasingly fragile.
Seems to be that once I save any livery on a car, it's basically 50/50 whether it gets corrupted or not the next time I try to make changes to it. Car just simply refuses to load in GT Auto, so I've lost the ability to edit its livery or change the wheels or add custom parts. Also can't change its oil or tune up its engine/chassis in the Maintenance menu. Game just gets stuck in an infinite black screen.
