Drat, I got through 4 pages of search results and had a tingle on the back of my neck thinking nobody's suggested it yet. I saw that the more successful Type 57G was submitted and this one immediately came to mind.
This one was only entered in one race--the 1923 Grand Prix at Lyon, in which it placed third at the hands of Ernest Friedrich--and was withdrawn from further competition due to poor handling. Live axle-sprung with inverted quarter-elliptical leaf springs for and aft, Ettore Bugatti's first attempt at an aerodynamic racer was powered by a 2-liter inline 4 producing approximately 80 horsepower with a 3-speed gearbox. Five were built, weighing in at 650kg each.
