The car you seek isn't tradeable as PD limited the trading to a (new) car value of 1 million CR.

You can try to see when it comes in your UCD (as 0 miles car) or when it shows up on the OCD.

As Outeke said, this car isn't tradeable but I think it is in the OCD at the moment for 2 million credits aswell as it being 0/0/0.

The OCD refreshes every 2 weeks. But I have no idea if that happened last week or the week before.
You could find that info in jkt008's thread in the seasonal section.
Search the last posts to see when the "updated" list got posted.
