Burning laps

I didn't see a thread on this subject so I decided to make one, I am obsessed with lap times and like to get cars around a track as fast as possible.
I'm sure I'm not the only one who takes pride in a genuinely quick lap so why not share them around or even challenge each other to do better for sport.

I've thought of guidelines...

Track name, track distance(in miles), lap time
Car maker, car name, horsepower and torque(accurate please)
stage of turbo/supercharger/NA tuning stage, Tires (EX:super charged, tires Racing-medium)

Tokyo Route 246, 3.18 Miles long, 1 Minute 23.885 Seconds
Pagani Zonda C12S 7.3 '02, 1019 BHP/5900RPM 961.25ft.lb torque/4050rpm
NA Stage 3, Racing super-soft tires.

You're definitely not the only one who likes running hotlaps, and in fact, so popular is this notion that we actually have a special subforum for challenges like this so that the GT4 forum doesn't get cluttered with them.
