What does being broke have to do with it? I don’t wear watches and am smart enough to not waste money on something I get free soon enough and probably won’t use anyways. Like a watch.

It was added in the January update however it is locked until the end of February for regular people.

If you bought a watch, there was a qr code that you could scan for early access! The reason @TumeK5 mentions us broke people is because the watch was in the region of $4000!

While I would agree that getting a watch only because a person wants to drive it in Gran Turismo 7 is . . . well, an interesting choice of expenditure, I don't think a watch would be a waste of money if purchased simply for desiring said watch.

To toss myself under the bus, I own:

  • A few novelty watches (including a S.H.E.I.L.D. watch and a Lady Death watch)
  • A small number of higher-end watches
  • On my third FitBit smartwatch
The Bvlgari was and remains way outside of my personal price range; I may have bought one for about 10% of the retail price, however.

Then again, dullards like myself cannot understand why people will spend north of a grand for the latest iPhone or Samsung Galaxy.

I guess it's all perspective.

If i remember well they will receive it as a bonus 🤣 1700 people that they willing to pay about 5000$ for a watch .
So , if you're not gain money while the clock tickling you won't have the privilege to see it and you will wait ( short of ) to get it when time comes.

Literally only one person has made a livery for this car. Honestly that is one more person than I was expecting. I realize there's no quantifiable correlation between how many people have made a livery and how many people bought the $5,000 watch and have the car... but it is a tell tale sign that it's not may at all. Here's my surprised face...😐

*I'm making assumptions here. But that would be hilarious if true.
