ByGamer.com has ripped me off twice now.. The first time I thought it was maybe an accident but now it's happened twice.. I've bought two PSN cards from them and both have been invalid when I've gone to use them.. I've sent literally 36 emails to their support department over the past 8 days, with no response.. Not even a "leave us alone" .. I'm not sure this is the right forum to post this but I'm posting it so people can view it and be aware.. Has anyone else had this problem??

Perhaps you should contact some regulatory body and take it up with them.

Psn cards are region specific. Are you sure the ones you bought are the correct region for your psn account?

Whilst we sympathise with your plight, we are not a consumer watchdog and more importantly, do not have, nor are we going to, spend time find out the other side of the story. As you have named the other party instead of seeking general advice, this is closed.

tl;dr = good luck sorting it out, but locked.
