The front looks like they just put on a ugly body kit
And the tail lights looks like they went for a modern take on the 1st gen. lights , they look weird.

Not liking the tailights and the chrome strip on the grille, GM loves their plastic so they stuck it on the hood.. I do however like the new front end, it looks "mean"

Revealing it on a daytime talkshow... Of course, people who are having a midlife crisis will see it first.

You mean soccer mom's and women on AARP are looking to buy Camaro's now??? GM has got a new women demographic...

It's like what Audi did with the looks of the new 2013 R8.

Why fix something that isn't broken.

Well, the R8 us just a mild refresh, and not a total makeover. That happens next year, says Audi.

This seems to be more of the same. The little changes however seem to change up the visual identity too much, where as the Audi is really just headlamp changes, like all the models received last year.

Actually I think they're all new. The European market taillights have that "sunglasses" shape to them. This just looks like a big rectangle now.

I know I just meant they looked similar.

The ZL1 is still the king, but this is a nice middle ground model between the SS/1LE and the ZL1.

Losing weight is always a good thing!

Yeah, but still, the car already looks perfect as it is, IMO of course.

Not really diggin the new looks of this Camaro, as well as the facelift Audi R8 and (have you seen?) the Lamborghini Gallardo. :yuck:

Whoa. The Z28 looks delicious. Those taillights are a still a bit iffy to me. Everything else though.

Honda made a Z/28, too!

Jokes aside, I'm a fan of Camaros. I want to know the exact weight and compare it to the ZL1.

Haha, thats what I thought too when I saw it. Prelude taillights....
Didn't the jalopnik link say it was 300lbs lighter than the Zl1?

The taillights look like they were trying to go to that look of 1969 Z28. But the bumper kind of made it not look so good.

Mototrend says 300 lbs lighter than a ZL1 coupe and 100 lbs lighter than a comparable Camaro SS coupe.

So somewhere around 1700-1725kg looks about right.

Oh my I like it. After seeing those taillights again I actually have really begun to like them. Awesome. I think they would be a bit better if they have chrome trim around them, or at least plastic trim.

Probably different paint job too. I like the taillights just something about that last link with the white one I didn't like.

Yeah I think the paint didn't work with those lights. After a better look I like them more than the current model lineup.
