Basicly which is the best camera out of these, can you change lenses on them to fish eye etc, are the classed a SLR

Between the two, without digging into the specs too much, I'd likely go for the Fuji.

However, if you're looking for an interchangeable lens camera, look somewhere else - both of these are standard issue DSLR-like cameras.
