Campaign Racecars -- Tune-up settings

I don't suppose that the car settings for the racecars in the Campaign races and challenges are available. Would it be reasonable to assume that they are the default settings for those racecars?

I ask because some of those racecars handle incredibly well, and I wish to reproduce some of those settings. I have tested some of those cars, which I have purchased, on the circuits in the races and challenges, but the cars do not feel the same way at all.

Anybody has been able to reproduce tune-up settings for some of the racercars in the Campaign races?
