can anyone help me please?

i was wondering if anyone could help me? I have an Action Replay Max and i cant find a code i am looking for. it is the code for the game Need for Speed Underground 1 and it is to "Unlock all Performance Options". I see the one for just plain old "Action Replay" but not for "Action Replay MAX". So if you or anyone knows where I can get this code or has the code please may i have it or go to the site that has it. I have PS2. I have heard that any code can be converted and i would like to try but dont know how. if anyone can teach me i would be greatful.

i have tried codejunkies.com and they dont have the code i am looking for in action replay "max' just plain old action replay. that was the first place i went. so do you have something else i can try. please and thank you
