Can anyone help please

Haven't been able to get online in GT Sport all week yet this morning Sat 26th i've had a huge update to the game but still get an error code 32470 as game loads and no online at all. No problem with any other games at all, got 200 meg fibre optic very stable.

also check if running on primary account or secondary
also check if your psn status is set to appear offline or online ( show status )

What NAT type are you under network settings?
Have you looked at port forwarding ( if required ) https://portforward.com/gran-turismo-sport/

Go to your PS4 Settings > Account > Restore Licenses.

Try that.

Time zone settings are correct, (not been altered either previously)
Nat type 2
MYU 1500
No proxy server used
206.9 meg download
Both primary and secondary accounts suffer same issue
All ports opened and firewall on router switched off
PSN status is set to on but shows red off line at side of avatar Have swapped and changed these settings done completete reboots with 5 min interval to let memory drain

Not changed anything since the day i bought the PS4 at launch
All other games work fine with no issues, getting messages and photo/screenshots coming thru can access playstation store fine
Never had any issues like this before either

Go to your PS4 Settings > Account > Restore Licenses.

I Googled your PSN error code and found the following thread, may or may not be related but worth searching the internet for the error code, if you haven't already done so.

1. Log out via quick menu or the power options far right of XMB.

2. Log back in with the appear online option.

3. Head to your user profile and change online status to appear offline.

4. Once this is done initially appear offline/online should toggle normally.

If that doesn't work then try this:

1. Settings > Account Management > Sign Out
   
   
2. Quick Menu (via holding down PS button) > Power > log out of PS4
   
   
3. Restart PS4
   
   
4. On Start up screen, click Options and click ‘Log in with online status’
   
   
5. Settings > Account Management > Sign in

If you open a command prompt (dos box) on your pc and type in ping 8.8.8.8 can you paste the output so I can see latency please?

Router is a specially made unnamed for Virgin Media in the UK you cannot buy a router of the shelf here for Virgin Media or you couldn't some years back.

Tried several ways to change/alter the online status issue from what ive read this is a bug from the recent PS4 software update.

Finally sorted it using the last set of options you gave me copied below it forced me out of psn and I had to input all sign in details again resolving the issue

Maybe the others with this issue should be updated somehow.
