Can Decals Be Placed On Hood?

I am trying to put a decal on the hood of a GT-R. Is there a certain process? I can place them in other areas of the car, not hood. Any help appreciated.

After you select the decal button upon opening your car in the livery editor, on the left side of the screen there should be a "Hood/Bonnet" option. You'll only be able to put decals on the part of the car you've selected. You can press R3 to see what part of the car you're painting and the area you've currently selected shows up in light blue. You can also see there's options for side mirrors, rear wing, and other parts as well, if the car you're making the livery for has them.
