Can i make a back up cd?

Hey guys. I have a problem. I have a desktop computer and a laptop and id like to know if i can make a back up cd. My lil bro plays on the desktop and id like to play on the laptop. Can this be burned?

Err, that'll be illegal. It you want to play it on 2 PC's, you have to buy it twice.

I don't think that that is necessarily true. Some licenses say you can install it on as many computers as there are in the household. But if it requires the CD then maybe you'll need extras.

I think Word etc can be on a desktop & a laptop at the same time, but I think it's different for games.

I can play it on desktop and laptop without a problem. But I can't go online with it.
