Man I use about 5-6gb of GPU and 6-8gb of RAM

But you could try low or mid settings and if it doesn't work return immediately for a refund on Steam

The game engine is relatively old from a graphics perspective so I think you will be fine from a GPU perspective. I run the game at 2560x1440 with my GTX 1050Ti.

You are a little weak on the CPU side but I still don't see you having any problems with the game at all. You might have to steer clear of the very biggest rooms, and not have too many AI cars when racing offline, but you will be fine.
