So, could someone please chop it lowered, with the wheels I posted and with some whitewall cheater slick style tires? (not super wide whitewalls, just a 1" ish stripe)

Ok, I tried to 'shop my Biscayne to see what it would look like lowered and with new wheels, but All I did was lower it, because, that's the extent of my Photoshop abilities. It looked pretty cool, but I wanted to see it with some 14 inch E-T Torq-Thrust Wheels on it,(It's got 15" Rallye wheels from a buick now) as those are what I have bought for it. Could someone please shop this picture of my car to make it noticeably lower(but not scraping the ground) and with a set of Torq-Thrusts? Your Help is greatly appreciated.
