Can someone give me an overview of B-Spec's Like the Wind?

Right now, I'm at the Expert hall of B-Spec Mode & curious of how long Like the Wind is. I could wait until then, but I'm super curious. If anyone knows or did the race, I have some questions about Like the Wind:
1) How many tracks are there?
2) How many laps are there per track?
3) How long it took you to complete it?
4) If there is the Speedway from A-Spec, how long it took to do that?

The reason for this thread's creation is because I want to grind but don't want to bother driving in A-Spec.

I've been grinding a little with my FGT, i think it takes 20 mins or a little less.
