well the sarcasm wasnt needed. Its simple, just a blank frame script i can put my links in when i make them.

Well, I wasn't being sarcastic... I honestly have no clue what you want. Do you mean a script, or do you mean a template HTML page? (Big difference) And, you need to specify how many framesets, what frames they might expand over, etc. And, if you work with frames, you have to understand target properties to get the links to work as you'd like, and [not to be harsh], but it sounds like you wouldn't know what to do about that...

I recommend you check out an online tutorial on (X)HTML or buy a book (Visual Quickstart Guide is a good series), or if needed, buy a WYSIWYG editor (Dreamweaver MX, GoLive CS).
