Can traction control default be set to 0 for all races?

I'd like to run all races at 0 traction control but it appears my default is 5. So before every race I have to manually go into the option menu and change it to 0. This is getting to be a pain. Is there any way to change it to 0 as a default one time so I don't have to change it manually for every race?

No unfortunetly you have to chance it everytime you go back to the race.

I don't know where it gets set permanently but I think after doing practice runs in time trials the setting stuck.

I only notice it in new cars now.
