You will not win them again during the same save file.
What you can do is if you have two cards, is start another game, do the missions and then trade to your real game. You may not be able to use them in arcade mode (not sure if, if you have had them before that they are still unlocked if you have them again.)

Awh really ? The Guide should get updated with that, not only the licensed prize cars are given only once =\
That's really clever, I can buy another memory card undo some silly mistakes and get other license cars, get the missions cars and just "trade" them to my main card. I just achieved 90.4% tonight..I can feeeeel it :] Only slipstreams I can never do, I'd have to hire someone lol
