I can't and I don't think anybody else on a controller can. Wheels can do it.

Tried this on a wheel, didn't see what the fuss was. Switched to a controller and, er, oh dear. Can't even get round on the super softs.

There is something fundamentally wrong with the physics on controller with any high downforce car on banked corners, you get the same at the hairpin on Maggiore but I doubt PD will fix it for GT7 since it comes up so rarely that it's never reported.
